Time to paint



When I paint the body parts I try to keep the color as faint as possible. I want a hint of shadow to show the contours without losing the beautiful white color of the porcelain.

    That's why I love watercolors. It seems that the medium can breathe after all!

    The top photo looks like you've added colour to the actual porcelain, like the "skin" is a pinker shade. It's a nice subtle effect.

    I like seeing pictures of your palette :-)

    Your right Miss LK, it's similar to painting with watercolors. That's why I love it!

    Monika, I made the little palette plates with porcelain clay and they work great!
