Wig making

For my second wig I'm following Martha's wig making process and hand knotting each hair strand to the wig cap. I want a tight fitting wig that sits flush with the head and is a bit tamer than my last wig. It's very time consuming but I'm happy with the result so far...

  1. Wow! I'm not sure I understand how to do that so I've been using wefted hair. The wig looks great!

  2. It's not an easy process. Sewing the wefts is soo much easier. I'm experimenting with different process. For some reason I like to do everything the hard way. Some day I'll learn.

  3. I have been making this style for a few years. They do take a lot of time but are so very worth it in the end.
